Q. How will my guests with dietary restrictions know what they can/cannot eat?
A. Every catering order that goes out the door is sent with a display menu identifying which food items are Gluten Free & Dairy Free so guests with dietary restrictions know what they can enjoy.

Q. Do you have gluten free options?
A. Yes! We offer a variety of gluten free options. Items will be marked on the menu. Our facility is not a gluten free facility and trace elements may still be present.
Q. What vegetarian options do you have?
A. To name a few, our vegetarian options include Grilled Tofu, Sautéed Vegetables, our house made Black Bean Blend, as well as seafood options - Grilled Shrimp. Our homemade Mac Salad, House Salad, Brown Rice, White Rice, Grilled Pineapple, and many taco bar toppings are all vegetarian as well.
Q. What services do you offer?
A. • Self serve buffet: Order one of our buffet packages and our team can deliver and set up the buffet for you and your guests. Buffet set up includes chafing dishes, a display menu, plates, flatware, and serving utensils. After setting up your buffet, our team will be out of the way so that you and your guests may enjoy your event. *You are welcome to add a "Party Crasher" to remain on site to maintain the buffet.
• Taco Cart: Rent the taco cart and have our staff serve you and your guests Tacos or BBQ meals right from the cart! Guests will be able to order their meals at the catering cart based on the selected menu. Great for outdoor events!
• Island Time on Tap: Rent our mobile tap trailer and enjoy beer, wine, and canned beverages at your private event!
*You can order select beverages or provide your own for our licensed bartenders to serve.
Q. Are your paper goods sustainable?
A. Our place settings (i.e plates, forks, knives, spoons, and napkins) are all compostable!! The included place settings are made from biodegradable materials, or you may also upgrade to our bamboo/palm leaf plate settings! All other materials are disposable/recyclable.
Q. Is there a minimum amount of guests I need to have?
A. Yes - a 10 person minimum for buffet style catering orders. For smaller inquiries please contact us before ordering.
Q. Do place settings come with my package?
A. For packages (i.e Taco Bars and BBQ Buffet packages) we will provide everything you need from a display menu, plates, napkins, forks, and serving utensils. Buffet set up can be added to any order; buffet set up includes preparation of steam tables and chafing fuel. If you would prefer to go green or already have your own place settings and serving utensils let us know!
Q. I'm placing my order to be picked up, will I still get the chafing tables/chafing fuel to keep the food hot at my event?
A. The buffet set up is not included with orders. Please let us know if you would like to add the buffet set up to your order.
Q. Are tax and gratuity included in the price?
A. Tax and gratuity are calculated after all items for your party are selected. Delivery fees are not subject to tax and gratuity.
Q. Is there a delivery fee?
A. Yes, there is a delivery fee based on distance from our kitchen. An additional set up fee may be added for buffet set up which includes serving utensils, chafing dishes, and a display menu! Our kitchen is located on Aquidneck Island, there may be additional fees for events that are further from our kitchen.
