  • How will my guests with dietary restrictions know what is available for them to eat?
    Our buffet’s are set up with a display menu identifying which food items are Gluten Free & Dairy Free so guests with dietary restrictions know what they can enjoy. For additional allergen information please discuss with our team.
  • What do you offer for gluten free options?
    Our menus contain a variety of gluten free options. Gluten free items are noted on the menus on our website and all gluten free items are noted on the buffets at set-up.
  • What do you offer for vegetarian or vegan options?
    Within each buffet there are a variety of options for your vegan and vegetarian guests. We are also happy to add platters to your buffet to expand the available options for your guests!
  • Please notify us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions
    We ask that notify us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please note that our facility is not a gluten- free facility or free of any other dietary restricted items. We take great precautions to mitigate the risk of cross-contamination, however items containing common allergens do exist in our facility and there is always some risk of trace elements impacting your dish. Please contact someone from our team for further information.
  • What is the smallest/ largest size party you will cater to?
    We have a 10 person minimum for buffet catering. For smaller groups please give us a call and we will be happy to help! All menus are available for parties of up to 500 people. For events larger than 500 give us a call and we will work with you to create a menu the ensures the highest quality of food and service from our team, and the best event for you!
  • Do you provide plateware/silveware?
    Yes! For all buffets we provide everything you need to just show up and enjoy the meal! From chaffing dishes and heating fuel, to sustainable flatware and serving utensils, we’ve got you covered!
  • Do you have sustainable plateware available?
    Yes! All plateware/ silverware is compostable and biodegradable. Contact us for specific details if needed.
  • If I am picking up my order, how will I keep the food hot?
    Ask us about including chafing sets with your order. This will come with wire racks, deep aluminum pans, and sterno fuel to set up at your party. If you are traveling a longer distance (greater than 15-20 min) we recommend bringing insulated bags to keep your food warm during transport. If you don't have one, you are welcome to rent one of ours! If you are ordering party platters and don’t intend to consume them soon after pick-up, let us know and we can guide you on the best method for holding or reheating.
  • Do pick up orders include chafing tables/chafing fuel to keep the food hot at my event?
    The buffet set up is not included with orders. Please let us know if you would like to add the buffet set up to your order.
  • What happens if I need to cancel my order?
    Please contact our team in the event you need to cancel your order and we will do our best to work with you for the greatest refund possible. See the following as our guidelines for cancellations. Refunds can be issued as follows: Greater than 14 day notice = Full refund 7-14 day notice = 50% refund 2-7 day notice = 25% refund If you need to cancel your order with less than 48 hours notice we are unfortunately unable to refund the order. We are happy to donate on your behalf.
  • Postponement
    In the event that you must postpone your party to a future date, if the date is specified, the current payments will be applied to the new event day. If it is postponed to an undetermined date, the cancellation policy must be applied.
